Talk me down....PLEASE

I'm a sucker for any kind of edge. I've tried everything over the years and honestly most of it has resulted in me throwing good money down a hole. I wish I had all the money I spent on pre-workout drinks, supplements, e books, other magic beans and snake oil.

Lately I have been thinking about buying a couple of e books and I'm on the fence. Deep down I know it's a waste of time and money; but I'll be damned if I can't quite obsessing about them. I always use the same argument with myself; "it's not much money", "even if there is only one or two nuggets of information it's worth the money".

So, if you are wondering I'm obsessing about:

Ultimate Steriod Cycles - George Spellwin (God I know! This one is the most painful)
MI40 - Ben Pakuliski

I know. I know; but still. I can't stop thinking about them. I bet I have 100+ e books. Maybe one of my good brothers already have these and will email them to me if so, I'll send you some in return.
