Lifting Background: started lifting and dieting consistently since the age 19.
Previous Cycles:
10 weeks (4 week dbol kickstart)
500g test / 4 week pct nolva 40/40/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50 (gained over 20 pounds)
Current Cycle4 week test p kick start)
currently on week 11 of 12 at 500g test. I plan on doing a 10 day blast phase of hcg 500iu ED. And the same pct as last time. (gained 30 pounds as of now)
Already have most of my third cycle i just need to buy cabergoline, hcg and pct. It Looks Likes this.
Test P 500g/Tren A 500g a week 10 to 12 weeks
Diet:
crbs 480/prot 300/ fats 90
6 meals a day, mostly ground beef, chicken, steaks, ground turkey. For carbs whole wheat basmati brown rice, whole wheat pasta. and two scoops of optimum nutrition protein once a day i prepare it with milk. I add 80g of carbs from oatmeal and banana or whole wheat bread and i also add some good fats with 1 spoon of olive oil.
Goals:
Get as huge as possible and compete in the future! I enjoy the bodybuilding lifestyle. Always Train Insane.

music- skid row, alice in chains, the doors, jeff buckley(lol), stp, soundgarden, alter bridge, scorpions, ufo, rainbow, the clash
movies- classic movies... Apocalypse Now, A Clockwork Orange, Cool Hand Luke, The Hustler, Chinatown, Forrest Gump, Blade Runner, classic romantic movies (especially when im on pct) recent movies too like Drive, the dark night, inception, inglorious basterds, 300, the ides of march.
Cars: anything quick out of a corner.
Sports: ufc (junior dos santos) , boxing (sergio martinez, miguel cotto, bernard hopkins), football (eagles)
