Well, when I eat, I fill up quick and then it takes like hours for the "feeling of being full" to go away no matter what i eat. For example, yesterday, I had dinner at 5 (chicken, wild rice and veggies --which I didnt even finish) and I tried going to the gym for 9 and still felt like food was in my throat. And I'm always bloated and gassy and my upper abs hurt.

you are describing the typical bloat that females get on var, you either have to be ok with it or drop it. :(

It's normal for the women that unfortunately react this way to it, if that makes sense? Not all women do, it's just what your body does with it. I can't stand bloat and var does it to me also, so I don't use it. :)

Prevacid is best for indigestion. It's a proton pump inhibitor and works by shutting down some the acid pumps in the stomach.
