Im taking 800mg of test, and 300-400 of tren ace weekly.. 12.5 exemestane ed

I had my blood pressure today and it was at 160, im sure its high bc of my cycle, my question is is it the Tren or Test which is raising it? Or is it both? Which should i cut down on?

Im taking milk thistle and liver care 52 ed, is there anything else i should be taking?

750mg of test a week really bumped my bp up (i could feel my heart thumping like a rave) i never had a problem with 500mg weekly. I havent taken tren yet so i cant really tell which one is the criminal here.

As far as supplements that you can take heres a list: (some of it recommended to me by the bros on this forum)
coq10, fish oil, hawthorne berry, red yeast rice, at least 2 gallons of water a day.
cardio is great for bp. My friend recommend me cold showers.

Take your bp at different times during the day so you can have an idea of your average.

You can always go to the doctor there's no shame in taken bp meds during cycle. Im pretty sure alot of people do it (i might try). High bp for a prolonged time damages other organs too be wary of that.

Tey both cause high blood pressure due to thickining of your blood...and getting BP meds is not easy, at least not for me it wasn't
The doc sent me to like 11 tests, and tons of blood work trying to figure out why it's high.
But one thing u should allready be doing is donating blood every two months to try and keep yiur blood thinner

They are both strong adrogens, especially tren, they will cause high BP.

While thickening of blood, or an increase in rbc's or hemoglobin and hematocrit, which will increase in many cycles, but the doses if test and tren you are running shouldn't quickly thicken the blood. I would start with your diet. Decrease sodium intake, increase water intake.

The supplements you mention are geared toward helping your liver. The compounds you are using aren't really going to effect your liver but its always good to use them.

The supplements listed above can be helpful but if they aren't, and diet and cardio can't fix it, you may need to lower your doses or look into BP meds. Lisinopril is a decent BP med that doesn't really have many sides if any, is well tolerated by most, and has some kidney protective properties.

Microzide or hydrochlorothazide is typically a first try as well. It acts as a water pill. It will remove excess sodium and water from the blood. The good thing is it won't cause an imbalance of potassium levels.

Start taking red yeast rice (1200-2400mg), coq10 (600mg), niacin (500mg), garlic (700-100mg) and it should help lower your bp along with donating blood. 160 is no joke, so if it takes dropping the cycle to lower your bp do what it takes.

I had some BP issues in the past. I cut sodium from the diet and I added 12mg of cialis daily. BP came down right away.

Yup bf/diet are major roles, lifting and no cardio really does nothing for the heart.

Garlic and Tumeric are both great supplements to take.

5-1g of cialis daily works wonders for BP as noted. Even with a low dose lisinopril I still take the low dose cialis. Very good points fellas.

Cialis and viagra were originally intended as BP meds. Cialis being the obvious better choice. I wouldn't even waste time with Viagra.

Hawthorne berry is suppose to help, it never worked for me, garlic worked a lot better. Niacin and RYR are for lipids. Niacin needs a dose of 2-3 grams to have any effect and you have to build up on the dose pretty slowly.

if you are getting your bp checked at your docs make sure they are using the correct cuff. if your arms are bigger than normal and they use the "standard cuff" you will get a abnormal reading. a few months ago I had the nurse change the cuff and sure enough my bp was down 10.

It states exactly which supplements I'm taking for bp and the dosages. Right now I'm on 650 tpp and 450 npp and 50 mg dbol and my bp is at 141/78. Before the dbol I was 118 over something.

Make sure to check the diastolic (bottom number) I've heard that number is more important than the top number systolic.
