27 6'2" 245# haven't been "in" the game since Fall. Life is grand like that sometimes. Goals? BF down to 12-14% while keeping my weight around 250. I've been up to a fat-n-strong 265-270 and did not like that much weight. May be different at 12-14%bf but I think 250 @14% is plenty big of a goal for now.

Don't compete in anything other than life and haven't gone to the dark side yet. However, have read and tried to stay "in the know" for years nows. Enough so that I often shake my head and keep my mouth shut when people start in on the subject. It's amazing how stupid you can be and survive.
