gym installed speakers and they play shitty club music and mtv shit. I have purchased an ipod for the gym and now I need to fill it up with good gym music.

bro skid row, alice in chains, tool, ufo, ozzy osbourne, the doors, zeppellin, alter bridge, muse, pantera, rammstein, acdc, audio slave, rage agains the machine, the clash, creedence clear water revival, van halen, rainbow. hair metal is good deff leppard sluaghter ratt tesla. some of the crappy rock is good too like limp bizkit.

i dont listen too music during workouts anymore. im normally with a training partner plus i gotta listen to the pain.

Personally I like rock/metal and quick beat dubstep the most. Skillet, Five Finger deathpunch, August burns red. Disturbed. Metallica, Godsmack, So many more.. Not a fan of papa roach though

Let's see...1987 Welcome to the Jungle just released and that was huge for me.

No mullet...in 1987 I was sporting the "Ivan Drago" flattop from Rocky 4 and rolling in a 1979 CJ-7.

Still love G&R, still got the Jeep, and now sporting the standard the "Ryan Gosling" Wall Street haircut.

Got a killer playlist that I use on Grooveshark on my iphone. It's like 250 songs total and growing. Gotta have music or people tend to piss me off more often than not.
