Look how small the trainer's thigh is through his pants. Fucking worthless.

If you're really going to do that...shouldn't you use that half ball with the other half made of a flat plastic to be on the floor. This is just stupidity...the personal trainer must have voted for Obama

What do you expect from Justin Timberlake as your trainer.

How did he even get on the ball with that. Not that I would do it, but I highly doubt I even have half the balance to accomplish such retardedness.

BOSU Ball would be preferred for this exercise. Incredibly difficult and challenging squats.

Next he'll be balancing himself on a set of
Crutches after he shatters an ankle.
Imagine if the ball poped. Both ankles
Gone. He'd probably slip first but just saying.
Fuckin jackass.

I imagine him slipped and falling to the side and the weight on the side opposite to his fall lands on his head and brain matter everywhere.

Right, and snap his neck on the bar as he gracefully falls backwords and hits the deck with the extra momentum of being higher then normal and top heavy due the weight.

It seems trainers have to come up with some off the wall exercise to impress their clients. I guess it helps them to think that they are doing something. I tell guys all the time GET STRONG first then worry about all the other shit. I use bands now on certain days (thanks POB) and I see people looking at me weird.

A couple of guys have started using them too but with maybe just the bar or little weight. I asked them why and they said well i have see you using them and figured it would make me strong. You got it all wrong brother...I use bands because I am STRONG ENOUGH to use bands and they add to my training. Get a strong bench, squat, deadlift then work on tweaking them with other methods. Quit making it so complicated. I guess people just don't want to put in the time and sweat (blood and tears).

I remember starting squats 5x5 with 165 lbs on the bar and I sure as hell wasn't standing on a ball. I wasn't embarrassed to lift that low weight, and steadily I added more. Now let's just say there is a lot more than 165 on the bar.
