    Real BROScience

    Just about to turn 13 my friend step brother (bodybuilder) told us to eat every 2 hrs and train each body part twice a week.

    Results came so fast I never questioned it.

    Some times off here and there up until I was 17 and got my first real job. I couldn't eat and was missing 1/2 my schedules meals but I was lean, I mean REAL lean!

    I quickly noticed how much I would fill up and gain over the weekends. By Sunday I'd be up 5-7lbs and my skin tight and what muscle I had was popping out.

    I learned carb deplete/ carb load years before hearing comp BB's using it for contest prep.

    Moral of the story (again) big things are going to happen with FOOD and lifting heavy shit until you can't push another rep !!!

    Isn't there an easy way like on all those infomercials? Damn I though they were true. I mean hell, I get an email at least one a week talking about if a buy a bottle of legal super dbol/androl/almost like test combo nuclear fissioned whatever one can put on 50lbs of muscle in three months or less. Please tell me that ain't fake too. I'm going to get so depressed.

    Back to basics. Lift, eat, sleep, repeat.

    It's easy to lose sight in a world full of marketing. All you need to do is drink our pre workout, post workout, bcca, ecca, we will **** out of your money everyday drinks!

    There's something to be said for putting your blinders on and keeping your nose to the grindstone. You can't apply yourself to lifting, eating, growing when mentally you feel weak because you're not on no-xplode, cell-tech, testosterone, trenbolone, etc etc.

    Eat and train with intensity. Try and block out the rest

    I wish we had more newbs on this forum that would start dumb threads about supplements that do nothing and var only cycles... then we'd get more of PFM's rants

    Being a newb here I can post a bunch of stupid questions but I got a feeling it wouldn't be pretty. I could just repost the funny olgoy first time suspect troll questions n comments though. Like I'm never going to take an AI again Id rather get gyno. That one still got me shaking my head.

    Yeah dude at my gym said all I had to do was pin steroids and I'd get big.

    Yeah...I'm over all that. I mean I go to and past failure at times, but I've got different priorities at my age. You've got some fine genetics I imagine, PFM? I have a problem with holding weight...my body always wants to be skinny. Passed it on to my kids, too. My ex is the same way. I'm pretty happy with what I was given....I like being me.

    Sticky material. It's these posts that the kids need to take to heart.. And not the next stack of dbolmethyltrendeca bs. None of these steroids will get you there without heavy weights and heavy dinner plates.

    Dbol or var only cycles are great to run. They do no damage to you and a little testicular shutdown never hurt nothing #BroScience

    BIG THINGS BABAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Im off right now and making great progress with size just adjusting my cals. Not the fittest, but strength is the goal right now.

    At the gym i workout at there's all these little 17 and 18 year old kids all blown up and puffy looking lifting like f-ing tards who just yo-yo in weight totally dependent on juice and completely oblivious to proper diet and training, they actually make up there own exercises and teach them to there friends like its there secret lifts that made them big :s just pisses me off. i always notice its the older guys who have the proper lift techniques down because there's a reason they made it so far in there bodybuilding careers.. and the young gym monkeys will eventually learn the hard way once they snap some shit up

    Only good brosciece my buddy ever gave me was how to pin. I've never had any issues and when I read about all these crazy stories peope post about pinning it has me glad he was dead on how to do it. Shame he didn't teach me how to cycle right or about pct. Back then it was were young n don't need it. Cycles were way to short too.
