Big Hello to the SI board

Hi folks. I wanted to introduce myself. I have been lurking for a week or so and there seems to be some good people here. I have been around the bodybuilding sport for a lot longer than I care to remember. I have been re-inspired lately by my wonderful wife, some new clients and a big time major birthday coming up later this year and I must say that it feels good to be lifting seriously once again.

I look forward to getting to know some of you, learning some new tricks and throwing in my own 2 cents from time to time. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
