By your weight to height ratio I can tell you right now if you want to pack on some pounds you need to eat "dirty" once a day (at least) during bulks. Another thing is this: at your height injuries come with easier, keep your reps up and save yourself a lifetime of nagging pains. I know this all first hand.

I actually just came off of a ECA. Lost a little bit more than I was planning to and cut it short. As for injuries your absolutely right I already have problems with my left rotator and knees.
