I've got a shit load of ink. It's all 20+ years old; looks like shit. Honestly, I wish I would have never done it. I think it takes away from the appearance of my physique. I know a lot of you guys love it. Hell, at the time I loved it to. Thought I'd be a dbag my entire life

I don't have much ink, but I've retouched everything to keep it looking fresh. Nothing worse in my opinion for a bloke to go get some ink and then never maintain it, resulting in a hazy, color bleached out, bluish blob.

It also takes me awhile to get it straight in my mind what I want. My next couple of tats, one will be work related (GAAP), and another Harley related, although still not clear in my mind exactly what I want.

I'm also thinking of getting one family related. I don't want my woman's name on me, as who knows what the next couple of decades may bring, but maybe something that highlights my kids? Who knows, I have not even close to an idea yet.

I was also thinking of getting something chess related. it was a big part of my life early on, and I'd like to someday become a master, so who knows there as well.

Anyways, I like to have everything well thought out long in advance before getting inked. It's very personal, and becomes a part of who you are....

Anyone every seen Rich Piana's ink? He strategically locates it to make him look like more of a monster than he already is. I have one that I would definitely like removed. I think I am done.

No ink here. Not something I ever considered nor would I.

I've had a lot of training partners and I've prep a lot of guys for shows and without exception, everyone has said the same thing about their ink.

I do tattoos. love em. and a good piece will stay good forever. look up Bob tyrell, nick baxter, jeff gogue, nikko hurtado. there masters at what they do and their tattoos will look pretty good in twenty years. but for example a full head piece by Nick baxter will run Ya about ten grand

I have 9 tattoos. 4 of which I got done underage and I'm not happy about, but will never get covered up.

I love tattoos, but I can't justify spending the money on them anymore.

2 tats. Plan on getting more later in life. I want to compete next year so I don't need to be covering any definition with ink. Too much will hurt you in a competition.
I love tats though. I get mine touched up every few years to keep up with them. Just minor things like skin breaks or a smudge because I had a pimple on one of them. That type of shit. Good artists cost money but it's worth it in the long run to pay the high price for a good artist.

Agreed. Don't take short cuts with tattoos. Spend the money, go to well known artists. I am covered in tattoos and I will travel to go to the best artists. I don't want to even know the amount of money I have spent. We don't talk about that.
