Re: Experience - lessons learned ?
diet is key, don't use more than you need to get results, more is not always better, watch your b.p. close and check those bloods

Re: Experience - lessons learned ?
plan out your cycle on a calendar - that includes having your SERM and HCG in hand. Commitment is key - again that includes training extra hard and the right DIET! JMO

Re: Experience - lessons learned ?
The best lesson Ive learned is not to get too wrapped up with what the scales say. Some of the best cycles Ive ever had I never got on the scale I just knew things were going well. Ill flux weight daily, and on cycle it tends to happen to me more, heat and cardio play a role as well. Standing on the scale 3 times a day always stressed me out. The end results were always worth it.

Re: Experience - lessons learned ?
PCT is just a mind **** and you can control it by telling your mind to go **** itself.
Have enough gear on hand to extend your cycle if you're making gains.
Eat and train like a ****ing mad man.
Sleep.
Eat some more.
The most important one... Listen to your body.

Re: Experience - lessons learned ?
Don't underestimate the importance of sleep. Your body grows when it rests, not at the gym.

Re: Experience - lessons learned ?
TEST IS THE BASE OF ALL CYCLES
never inject 2mls of supertest 450 into your virgin quad muscle
you get what you pay for.. develop good relations with your source and make sure to get good gear
research and know what your doing before doing i and then research some more
all the other points have been covered by the other bros
