    Middle of 11th week update

    Well due to a vaca that would smack right in middle of my pct I am extending the cycle, so thanks guys for all the advice.

    I still feel really great, doing test only 250/mg Mon/Thurs. My weight was climbing then just kind of stabilized at 210, but as i said before, I couldn't be any happier since I started at 196 with the hopes of getting to 205. The only thing is is my bf% went up quite a bit, and I had to make many adjustments to my diet along the way.

    I will post this pic, and as you can see I got to get rid of the belly, not that I was ever walking around sporting abs all year long, but I have some fasted cardio to do!

    For my next cycle I need to add something in for a little more strength increases, and possibly get with Manny/Spongy for a diet plan. But all in all I am happy.

    Put some thickness in the chest and then your belly size matters less Bodybuilding is smoke and mirrors sometimes lol

    14lbs is nothing to sneeze at. Great work! Taking any Gh? if not get on that it will help lean you out.

    I'm pretty happy about it!! Thanks. No I do not have any Gh this round. I have been reading quite a bit on it lately though......I might dabble eventually...

    Check your AI dosage. Running a little higher on AI may reduce both water and E2 related fat stores. Just an idea (works for me).

    I running MP caps, so I thinking I might go up to 12.5 ed to get a gauge.
