Am i the only idiot who eats steak tips?? one of our angry vets (i wont say his name) doesnt know what a steak tip is..

im sure POB and Fours know about them but please tell me its not just a new england/northeast thing.

not sure if you're talking about the same thing but I cook sirloin tips all the time if the weather is too nasty to grill in. I love some sirloin tips and rice brother.
