I am here to meet some good people, participate in discussions, learn more, and hang out.
I have some great and useful knowledge in dieting and AAS and i will try to help some of you out.
About Me
I am 26.
185lbs.
5' 7".
13% bf (getting back to around 8-10%)
I'm a Personal Trainer part-time at the gym I workout at.
Over 2 years ago I worked 3 jobs at 100-110 hours a week for almost 4 years. Eating fast food was my only option during that time. I got lucky and found a great job working only 40 hours/week. I ended up weighing 260lbs at my heaviest and had seen a picture of myself and was disgusted. Got me really thinking that had to do something about it. My new job allowed me time to workout and cook..Here is where I started my journey from 260lbs to 160lbs in 4.5 months.
