Just wanted to say hi! New to the forum tho been reading a while! Im 52 and have had many serious injuries! Compound fractures to both arms and wrists, broken elbow, shoulder, neck, 2 neck surgeries n 3 back surgeries and a year and a half ago after lifting threw 6 months of serious elbow pain I blue out my elbow while benching muscle and tendon sounded like a shotgun going off when they snapped! New spotter and he didnt grab the bar and it tore my peck musle badly too! Required 2 surgeries that surgeons said was worst they had ever seen!
But making another comeback!! I train with 3 div 1 college athletes who have graduated! Im a little ok maybe alot ocd like many of us here! We lift and bike 4-5 times a week and they can't keep up in weight room or on the bike! Hoping to learn from you guys some control and knowledge! This is my life and its what I enjoy many dont understand but I know you guys will! Hey if I die doing this im cool with that! Ive said and told you to much! More than the guys I train with! But hey u dont know me! Lol! Most ill ever say I just want to shutup n learn!
