The only thing ive found that has worked better for me is that I replaced my shakes with food. Your body doesn't have to work to digest a shake. Its boring to eat clean

nice diet, did you think about instead of all chicken maybe switching it up between chicken, fish, turkey breast and lean steak. just to keep from being too boring.

Yeah....but it's easier to just keep it simple with chicken....got my weekly prep down to 2-3 hours...it's more convenient...but yes I will change things up when I get sick of it...I've been fine for now

The protein came up to 230 instead of 300. I agree with braw. Protein shakes are a last resort they are not part of my diet. I too dont mind eating chicken all day. But i do eat tuna and steak too.

Thanks for sharing im always curious to see peoples diet.

P.s Sweets are for girls. I do like nutella though.

Oh. I dont count those proteins they do not contain the amino acid profile of beef, fish, chicken, eggs etc. But its cool you can count them if you want. Im just anal like that.

For the love of Texas Pete, please tell me you at least toss a bit of hot sauce in with your chicken and rice, yes?
