Since ive been on a fat removal journey I would say from experience that diet is 90% and cardio is 10%, with out proper nutrition cardio is a waste of time, also when u have a good diet plan u dont really need to kill ur self to do cardio. Just with 40min cardio nice steady pace is well enough.

It's going to vary by person and metabolism. Your diet can also change your metabolism for the good or bad. I'd probably agree with Jada and say 90/10. Mindset and determination is the key though. I like doing my cardio fasted and typically first thing in the morning.

Diet is most important when trying to lose fat with training. I look at cardio more for its health aspects now that I'm older, especially being on gear. Cardio gets those lungs pumping and heart beating, it also helps with keeping that blood pressure Down. But for losing fat, diet is key.

it is for me.....
Maybe cuz im still in my late 20's or i have a great metabolism, but while on hyges i ate any-ne-thang.....
Donuts (personal favorite) pizza, went out drinking with the boyz, etc. I still leaned out, now I know if i wanted good, real, abs id have to clean up, but hgh + cardio did tons me for.
everyone is different tho
