    Diet

    Anyone have some insight?

    5 meals a day
    1800 calories split
    6'4 270 18%
    Lost about 15 but feel weak as hell

    well I'm not a guy but I'm thinking 1800 is way too low as I eat more than that.

    can you post your meals please so we can get a better idea. also what are your goals? are you cycling? cardio? training?

    Your size: 3600 min for Maintenance. I'm 225, less bf than you and I'm at 4k minimum/day.

    Not nearly enough cals, Mate. Agree with Jenner and UHC. You need something closer to 3000 for a cut, 2500 for maintenance.

    Going to be burning tons of muscle tissue consuming such a small amount of calories. Start by eating 500 less then maintenance

    Im 6' 215 and when get ready for a contest I have 1800 and 2000 cal days you need to get the cals up and get some more good carbs and fats in there. Good luck
