    Days Off

    How many days per week do you work out and how many days to you take off?

    Currently I am working out Monday - Friday for 1 hour, 1 hour cardio on Saturday, and taking Sunday's off.

    So the answer to my question is I take 1 day off, how about you guys?

    1-3 workout days

    4-5 days off

    Been that way since I started my last blast...and I've been gaining great

    mon-thurs on..
    fri-sun off. sometimes I work out on friday....what ever I feel I slack on during the week.

    Train 3 days a week. Usually Tuesday. Thursday, Saturday. Rest on the other days. Currently doing 5x5. Works great.

    since I do one body part a day and don't do chest yet....2 days off

    6 days on 1.5-2 hrs day. 1 day off. every once in a while i need another day off. maybe once every 5-6 weeks might have 2 days off in the same week. I have never looked better than I do now.

    haha lately ive been off for 7 days a week... its been great now time to get back to cardio 3 times a week and lifting 3-4 times a week... shelby starnes recommeneded this or at least cardio 3-4 times a week especially for those on hrt/trt...

    I go Mon,wens, Thurs Friday. Do deadlifts on Monday and like a 48 hour break between large muscle groups so Tues day off. Sat and sun as well.

    I currently train M/T/Th/F, keeping my workouts around an 1hr 15 minutes......I don't go into gym on my days off to do cardio, I do that outside with sprints and farmer carries.

    If I reduce my natural peanut butter consumption daily may I count that as a cardio session?

    Ok, I'll admit that I prefer lifting to cardio (by about 1 billion times)!

    Only train (lifting) about an hour usually less maybe 45-50 min. 3x a week mon wed and fri and since June been putting on lean mass like never before and am only on trt dose.

    Lately trying to start cardio again went once last week and the week before going to try for 2x a week.

    Weekends are always off.

    It depends on my goals. i change thing up fairly often. currently im doing 5 on 2 off. 40minutes weight and 20 cardio.

    Squat Mon, bench Tues, off Wed, dead son Thurs, OHP on Fri, weekends off. I use Mon for my lifts that are lagging, it brings them up faster.
    traps are the new abs.

    4 days/wk...well 5 but that 5th is some light training and extra cardio
