You can't target an area for fat removal. You will have to continue to drop weight (fat) with diet and exercise and you will eventually loose it from the problem area...

U want a firm tight ass? Squats, squats, and the some heavy squats. Followed by lunges on the Smith machine.

BUT Powerlifting squats NOT Olympic squats. Reach back with your ass as your first movement not down, shins perpendicular to the floor. Works your glutes and hams. Go heavy bro your ass will look like mine and reggie bush's soon.

And all the rest of the other exercises above.

How old are you and what is you diet like? I don't have my metric conversion handy but if you are 6'3" and weigh around 176 its not time to cycle yet most likely.

Also, if you've been working out for 4 years and not making leg progress its time to start working them differently. You should have a nice base from your 4 years of effort.

SI is a great place to learn more.....welcome aboard!

Increase the muscle size, more muscle to fat ratio will produce the best long term results.
