    First cycle experiences

    What was your first cycle? What do you know now that you wish you had known back then? If you could go back and do things differently, what would you change?


    I guess I'll start off since I just finished my first cycle and have started PCT last week. I ran test e 500 (wk 1-12) and 50mg var (wk 1-8).

    Looking back on these past 12 weeks, I wish I would have realized sooner that using AAS isn't an excuse to almost fully eliminate rest days from your weekly training schedule. At around week 7 I felt run-down and overworked, which inevitably affected my gains. Won't be making that mistake again.

    Also, I would not have run my AI starting day 1.. my joints were killing me and I felt terrible.

    However, overall it was a pretty solid run. Gained a good 18-20 lbs and made huge gains in all of my lifts. I'm very happy with the outcome.

    I went from zero to hero.

    Weeks 1-4 d bol jumpstart 50mg ed
    Weeks 1-10 test c 500mg wk

    From 180 to 220 on the scale.

    Wouldn't change anything.

    Great first experience here. 500 test e wk for 12 wks went from 145 to 165. Don't that I would have changed anything

    My test was fake, dbol was underdosed and I got fat(ter). It sucked.

    First cycle was dbol only. Gained around 30lbs then lost a shit ton. Can't recall exactly as is was decades ago. What would I change? Thrown in some test.

    My first cycle was test e and dbol..... the best

    It made me a superstar lol. I had a complete transformation, not just in my body, but the way i thought etc. It was one of the best things to happen to me. The size and confidence from the mass and testosterone flooding my system did wonders for me. I remember i ended hooking up with like 15 girls in those 10 weeks.. I went form average Joe to GI Joe lol.

    I started the cycle @ 25yrs old and about 200lbs and ended at about 235lbs, and kept about 25lbs. My diet and training were almost perfect. I ended the cycle when i ran out of all my gear... not knowing any better i ran test e for about 9 weeks( all i had) and dbol for 10 weeks @ 30mg/day. I used no AI and was a little bloated and pretty much failed my nolva/clomid pct and started cycle #2 a month or so later...

    if i could do it over again, i would run the test for 12-14 weeks minimum. run the dbol for 30-40mg/day for 6 weeks. Use an AI, and follow through with pct...

    Test was first cycle. That was a million years ago. Don't even know if pct was in play at that time yet.

    I ran Test E only for 16 weeks, I am in last week of Pct now. I freaking loved it......probably more then I should. I felt awesome the whole time. and made some steady gains climbing form 196 to 208 at the height of it........I have settled back too 206 so I am very happy. I started my AI and Hcg on 4th week. In hindsight I probably could have waited to start my AI. I also need to give blood more during cycle. Looking forward to cycle #2!!!

    T-400 about 1200mg wk... gained bout 20pds then got hurt and could lift and turned to fat..lol love getting old lol

    Id be curious what everyone added to their diet for calories/macros and whether or not you ate clean of POB style......

    My first cycle was painful as **** (test e and deca), shitty gear from Thailand=major PIP, plus the fact I knew nothing about what I was doing, think I was around 24 and had been back in the gym for around 3 years, I knew nothing about diet, and had a half ass workout routine, all and all I still gained around 8 pounds in 10 wks but lost every bit of it few weeks after coming off

    So glad I found these boards, I have learned a shit ton over the past couple years on the forums and still have a lot to learn, it's great to see so many people around willing to help others. Just wish I could have found some good forums years earlier could have saved myself a good bit of money

    I was 20 yoa at the time. I ran a drol only cycle. Great gains but lost 90% of it. What would I change? ALL OF IT. Too young for one and didn't do my research. I would have waited several more years and made sure that I did my home work prior to. I don't regret it but just wish I'd have been smarter with my decision.

    My first cycle was 500mg test e 12 weeks of swollen red ball size synthol lumps on my ass and shoulders, couldn't drive right , other than that I did increase in strength and I loved how I felt, I stuck with that pain for 12 weeks! Never again!!!

    It wasnt all muscle. I dropped 15lb after pct.
