    545@200 deadlift pr

    This is yesterday. This is the second attempt. The first one ripped outta my hand, which I have never had happen before. Felt good, and strong. Goal is 600 by this time next year!

    Very nice lift bro and your closer to 600 then you actually know your just about there bro.

    I am willing to bet you could pull more with round plates being able to roll them and such.

    If you were to get with some very serious and knowledgeable Powerlifters you'd pull 600 within months.

    They way that lift looked you had a lot more in you also going for PR's is also about how you warm up to it it and that is with bare minimum amount of reps and attempts.

    My gym has the same god damned weights. I hate them with a passion. Gad damned kids force me to go to a gym with a daycare (flame on).

    Great pull. That went up easy. Get some chalk, and you could pull at least 585 next max session.

    Thanx fellas! I will probably Max out again in like 3 months. I built up to that over 4 weeks. Now I will go back to reps for a few months and try again. Shoot for 585 then. Bit I'd I get that I will probably just go for the 6. It's only 15 more lbs. Lol
