    Please feel free to critique. If you see a body part I need to focus more on, please bring to my attention, minus the pose, my webcam has a 3 sec timer and I have no idea how to pose haha.

    Good foundation. I would work on my lats and body fat. Keep up the hard work. It's starting to show.

    So do more rows? I've been doing them more, and wiht an underhand grip. the owner of my gym saw me doing overhand grip and corrected me. it's only been 3 weeks since i started doing it right.

    If you tell me what i need to work on please list a lift to do to work on it. I am still learning. Thank you grind

    You taking an AI? You are holding fat on your lower back and I find that if I slack on my aromasin it'll gather there.

    You need to focus on your upper back big time. Only one pick but from what I can see you don't have much thickness going on there, but you do everywhere else. I'm judging by the minimal if any taper and the very narrow middle and lower traps and total lack of spinal erectors. Focus on those and the lats will come up with it.

    Things to focus on to fix that?

    Deadlifts - no 10 rep sets that shit is crap... Work in 3's and 5's. Don't even bother hitting 1RM's. Just judge the weight on a scale of 1 to 10. If it feels like a 5 or 6 do 10 sets of 5 and be explosive. If it feels like a 7 do 5 sets of 3. If it feels above 8 back off the weight a bit.

    Follow up the deadlifts with weighted pull ups to failure, Bent over rows in the 7-10 rep range but get in a lot of sets. 10x10 on barbell rows will DESTROY your back. Don't bother with pussy cable shit for your back. Back muscles are some of the biggest and strongest in the body. It takes extreme measures to make them grow.

    I'm kinda fat as you may have heard lol but I still have a huge taper even with a 36 inch waist.

    It will come with time if you focus on pull-ups, pulldowns, and chest lifts...

    definately siding with the boys here, I would hit chins and hit them hard bro, do them al la Arnold..as many sets as it takes, shoot for fiddy reps.When you can hit 50 on 5 sets, start adding weight. Then deads to thicken your lats up.

    Thanks guys, I have been incorporating deads, bent over rows. but it's something new within the past month, I used to skip them. I don't ever do chin ups, so I will start those, and I've been doing deads 250lbs 5x10 usually. So go up to about 275 or 285 and do 10x5 or so? And I will start pull ups as well. Tomorrow is my back day, what would be a good back workout? I have been focusing on my back for the past month as I knew it needed work. Thanks for all the tips and feedback.

    Yes I'm taking liquidex, but i don't take it as much as i should. I will up that a tad.

    I don't have chicken legs homie! I have good leg genetics. Maybe not huge quads, but my calves are pretty big. I'll take some pics and post of legs haha

    this is what i started with about a year ago. maybe a little longer. it hasn't been over 18 months though

    deadlift with good technique and your back will grow, start ur back workout with it.and do overhand barbell rows..much better
