    Short Ester Cycle for review

    Hi guys. Please review my later summer early fall cycle.

    400mg TPP per week (1 – 14 weeks)
    300mg NPP per week (1 – 12 weeks)
    300mg Mast P per week (1 – 14 weeks)
    4iu’s seros hgh (everday)
    50mg Anavar daily (8 – 14 weeks)
    10-15iu slin 4x per week (optional ~ 4 weeks on 4 weeks off)

    Pinning M-W-F 1cc of TPP, NPP, & Mast P w/Saturday night pin of 1cc TPP (alone).

    I am 47 years old, 5’10, 202 pound 18% bf. My goal is to lean bulk adding 8 pounds while reducing bf using Spongy diet of 2,700 calories per day (2639 calories, 200g Carbohydrates, 282g Protein, 79g Fat).

    I said optional next to slin because I may leave that out. I have been researching slin and I will say I am leaning towards doing it. I am looking forward to comments about it.

    Once completed I will return to my trt dosage of 150mg’s of test per week and 4iu’s of hgh.

    My cycle support supplements (ala GQ) will be:

    Orange Triad - Multi-Vitamin
    SuperCissus - Joint supp
    Achilles - Joint Supp
    Modern BCAA+ - BCAA
    Aegis - Liver support

    My opinion on NPP is a longer cycle at a higher dosage. I love NPP and would suggest test e 500mg, NPP 500mg, 18 weeks. Add dbol or drol and save the mast and var for a cut cycle.

    Your diet will dramatically change if you run 10-15iu's of slin a day. Just running 10 iu's you'll be at 200grams of carbs between your PWO shake and the meal an hr after your shot. Spongy and his team knows their shit though and will adjust your diet accordingly to the slin. Personally I like your cycle. At your age, no offense, but a smaller cycle with something like npp that is going to raise your bp is smart IMO.

    Thank you POB, what is the best resource that thoroughly discusses slin use including metformin. I'd be the first to say I don't know what it is and appreciate you posting it. I am very interested in learning as much as possible.

    The gh at that dose should really get fat off your body. And if you want further fatloss I'd look at LR3

    Looks good. I will say if you run slin, you're going to have to eliminate virtually all fat. Insulin shuttles all the nutrients to muscle and fat cells and will shuttle excess fat in the fat cells. As of now I'm downing 4-5,000 calories a day and getting less then 30g of fat(fat from chicken and other un-added sources). Depending on how you respond to slin you may need more carbs which may not be the best if your goal is to reduce bf. I was going to run slin 6 months ago, but decided not to because my body fat was around 16-18%. You're going to be consuming a lot of carbs more than likely so you dot want to have to worry about any fat gain. As the guys mentioned, metformin is very important as well. It gets back your insulin sensitivity once you're off the slin. Other than that everything looks good.

    Ok guys, I slightly reworked my original cycle.

    I decided to drop slin for now as I do want to reduce bf and I need to learn more about it in general.

    525 test (125mg test e 250mg/ml + 50mg TPP 100mg/ml = 1cc M/W/F)
    450 NPP (150mg NPP 100mg/ml) = 1.5cc M/W/F
    60mg Anavar ED (1 – 6)
    4iu’s seros hgh ED

    This keeps oil injects to 2.5cc 3x per week and still keeps me under 1gram per week.

    As you can see I eliminated slin and Mast P while increasing test and NPP for this cycle.
    HRT for life!

    Other then the slin that's a great cycle for me.. And yes, increase the npp.

    Looks better brother! That's a nice cycle right there. Should change your body composition pretty quick if diets spot on. Wise choice with the slin because if you're not running some sort of thermogenic with it, you're almost guaranteed to gain some fat. And even with a thermogenic, there's still a good chance you will. Good luck with the cycle and keep us updated with your progress!
