Being hyper critical here:

More sweep on the outer quad. Great V taper but the X is minimized at the quad. Saying this based on the rear lat spread. you're real wide up top, so balance that with the bottom. Fantastic separation there though.

Upper pecs could use some more mass.

Keep blasting the calves. Good shape just add more size. Do some site injects and while they're sore hit some calf raises till you can't walk.

Good and lean for sure!

Yea that cardio makes my legs look like dirt. Hence the different lighting and posed pic

Yea I need the calves I agree. Thinking I could slin pin my primo in the calves

You look great bro.... it's a process and competing is brutal. Not as a criticism but to point out areas I am sure you are focusing on:

Calves and Pecs have good shape but need more mass.

You have so many excellent features that it's going to be a real challenge for you to put your 'weaknesses' up to the level required to match your strengths for the symmetry you are after.

You may consider mast/tren/winny the last 4 weeks.

Do you have a coach brother?

Again, you are looking terrific brother and I have nothing but respect for those who take the stage. I am well beyond that ever happening in this sport, but had my day in another and the thrill is an adrenaline addiction that cannot be duplicated.

Just my two cents.

thank you so much for the compliments and I welcome the criticism I do not have a coach I've been doing my own prep for the last six or seven years and I have some crazy ideologies but they seem to be getting less complicated as experience comes :)

I like to use as small of doseages per week while still progressing

Things is my delts make arms and chest look sub par only bc they grow so easily for myself
