    Weight fluctuation

Been dieting down for the pad few months and staying natty. The hardest thing i felt with was te first few weeks of dieting and getting use to eating smaller portions and training in a caloric deficit. The issue I have been having lately is just looking flat as hell. I have been carb cycling but my carbs even on high days are relatively low for me. Anywho I can down from 276 and around 238 right now. So.. I decided to up my carbs a bit and got on some creative mono hydrate. I use the load method for faster saturation the. Go to maintenance acts a week of loading. Started the creating last Saturday and weight myself Monday morning. I weighed 247lbs. Was I really holding that much water? Needless to say hit the scale this morning an weighed 240. Not concerned at all with what the scale says as I'm worried about bodyfat% not total weight but damn. Kinda blew my mind when I saw the huge fluctuation.

Spongy is the man in this area, but if your looking flat ive found that its total glycogen depletion. I have 1 night a week where i eat 500g+ of carbs uncounted and the next day i look significantly more vascular. This is only while cutting.
I do now what others won't. So I can have later what others can't

Its water weight most likely. Creatine will pack water on you, so will big carb days.
