    Planning 4th cycle

    Putting together my next cycle which will be a bulking cycle. I have a jug and ahalf of tpp left so... Last two runs was tpp 500wk and npp 400wk. Would like to try something diff but may go with npp again. Oh yeah hcg will be included as well.
    Suggestion critique good or bad help me get lined out here.
    Height 5' 8
    Weight 157
    Bf last checked was 12%

    Tpp will be the base.

    Not sure on dosing just yet so suggestions????

    Your gonna have to decide what compounds u wanna use.If u go with the npp tpp add dbol in there

    Well npp is what I ran last two cycle with tpp. Was just thinking of trying something diff this go with tpp I have left. Like he compounds I mentioned above. Guess I was asking for opinions on those compounds being stacked with tpp

    IMO tpp 700mg week
    mast p 400 mg week
    eg 600 mg a week
    you eat 320 grams protein a day with 2 extrs shakes use that cycle you be swull in no time. Eat lean.

    GHRP 2 or 6. 15min after inj you will eat and eat a lot. the key would be to keep thing clean.

    Clearly something is off if you have ran this much gear and have not grown past 160lbs....

    The only way to improve your appetite is to force feed yourself. Eat till you are about to throw up. But don't throw up.

    Your wife is a terrible indicator of how much you are eating. Every woman says that.

    I think you need to hold off on this cycle until you get some better forward momentum going. It looks like you probably started on gear a little too soon and never really came to understand what will get your body growing naturally. Once you figure out what works naturally, you add in gear to ENHANCE what already works.

    that's what the eq is for your appetite. Only reason I add it to this cycle.

    Figuring out your BMR will help you follow a scheduled eating plan. Add a calorie and micros counter like livestrong.

    I know some people don't like the idea of following such guidelines but if you are having trouble understanding how much nutrion and calories you should be consuming and you want results, then you should seriously consider following a structured plan of this type.

    A whie back I peaked at 235 lbs. I calculated my BMR, started watching every calorie I ate, BOOM!!! Gains started coming again.

    And how much did you weigh when you started lifting and eating right? You want a couple of years of progression without gear to find out what your nutritional needs are and what training works best..otherwise you'll be working against the gear

    my wife serves me food for 4 people every meal......and this was after learning to force feed. know? I love food... she says my eatinf is expensive.

    went from 199 (at my heaviest and healthiest) to 145 ripped(anybody is ripped at fly weight) now im past 200lbs at 5'7
    ill say it again.

    we get all the love..juice heads get love everywhere.

    I am working with a guy, he keeps asking me how to increase his appetite. I keep telling him NEVER miss a meal. He's stuck at 185lbs, until he shuts his mouth and opens his ears he'll remain 185lbs. NEVER SKIP A MEAL.

    I have been told many years ago my metabolism was really high. I remember back in high school till about ten years ago my weight was also 120-125 know matter what I ate. It wasn't till about ten years ago that I started putting weight on and got back in the gym for about five years then fell back out. Now I have been back in the gym for about year and half. So I'm glad to be at 160 but that's not where I want to stay. I am with everyone here about eating but I still fill like no matter how much I eat I just have a hard time gaining weight period.
    I appreciate everyones input good or bad. I feel like I can get where I want with your help

    How many calories you eating? You can easily eat 3-4k clean food no problems by adding in healthy fats and decent amounts of carbs.

    I have trouble cutting because the amount is so low. And thats 3000 calories.
    I do now what others won't. So I can have later what others can't
