Whats up fellas. Long time lifter, first time subscriber. Ima taller guy (6"4) (249 lbs) and recently switched to a higher weight lower rep workout. Still doing one body part a day but next week I'm switching to a pushes then pulls for a while before I start the cube. Gonna stick to bulks for a long time then cut up after a while. Got a couple cycles under my belt and ill b running tren for the first time in about a month. Excited to be here
