Started working out approximately seven months ago, never thought I would be so stoked on it!!! Started with a lot of circuit training, then tried GVT (only made it thru 5 cycles) serious lack of energy and was ****ing with my work. Now I'm working 2 muscles a session plus abs, shoulders/traps solo, 4 sessions a week minimum with cardio on 3 of the 4 days. I started at 5'7" 235 know I'm fluctuating between 208 / 214 but can't get lower. Could anyone advise me on what to do to break thru this plateau ? Been stuck for about 2 and a half weeks. I know my question is pretty vague I can post my nutrition and supplements if that would help but I'm not very consistent although I do eat healthy and count calories just not very punctual.
