I'm currently in a caloric deficit and I track my macros. At the moment I'm targeting 2,200 cals. My goal is 37% protein, 37% carbs, 26% fat.
I have 230cals to go for the day and currently at 40%/33%/27% 206/173/61
I get the fact that calories from alcohol are gonna rob cals from pro/carb/fat. But since I'm over 200 protein and over my 60gm fat, I'm only robbing my carbs.
If I decide to to drink those last 200 cals am I really hurting myself by not hitting my carb goal? Yes alcohol is poison, but I really enjoy it. It's actually my biggest hobby next to fitness. I love to rate and review them and I trade beer from my city for other beer across the US.
