You provide some input and if I think its relevant and I want to discuss, then I will discuss.

My post was to get some of you to think outside your tiny box and I wanted your opinions on the article.

Unlike you I am not demanding you answer questions but it would be nice if you didn't just troll or try to start arguments like you always seem to do.

I commented on the carb cycling and how it looks to take advantage of the “anabolic window”. Would you agree or disagree. That’s a simple discussion.

Then when we get you past that monumental communication hurdle perhaps we can tackle the discussion on exogenous insulin.
