Hey guys, I know its fall heading into winter. But, I thought I would ask my SI brothers to list your current body fat %, and your goal to hit by spring time next year (or earlier).

I am currently 18% thanks to traveling and low discipline over Thanksgiving holidays. I want to be (will be) at 14% by the end of my primo cycle!

Currently 11% for 8-9% by pool and beach time.

Currently 11.3%. Hitting 10% would be nice but adding some size is more of a priority for me at this time.

I'm in the same boat as DF, tested at 9.8% this morning using a handheld bioelectric impedence unit I bought. I was down to around 8% recently, but I felt that my strength and energy were a bit lower at that BF%, and I'm still hoping to gain a significant amount of muscle in the next year or two, so I think for my goals I should probably stay at or above 10%.

I've been down below 7% before though, I love the feeling of being super lean like that, It would like freak girls out I had all these ab veins and you could see all the muscle fibers in my shoulders and chest and stuff... But definitely not ideal for bulking or max strength.

Brother a couple of years ago I was 245 17% bf and benching 355..... now at only 45 lbs less my bench is down to 265.... all my lifts are similar.... bottom line, you can build strength and bulk, or you can cut/recomp and get lean at the expense of strength... fucking movie star action heros have made it hard on us guys.

Just decide whether you want strength or definition brother and go get it.

Much respect,
Vette

It's nice to know my SI brothers are male models and I am one DQ blizzard away from the fat farm....lol

It is true, when I got into the gym after TG (fully carb loaded) I felt strong like a bull. Everything was light that workout.

With that said I know I have a ton of work to do getting my diet under control.

What was it Dorian said: "Moderation in bodybuilding is a vice, moderation in discipline is failure.

BF % does not lie!

Idk what mine is at but haven't been to the gym in the last 3 weeks and eating like a pig for the holidays. Feeling sloppy as fuck but I'll get back down in a few months.

5.2% - I try to keep it constant year round.

I get it tested in our DEXA scanner about every few months.

As long as I have my abs and veins in my arms I'm happy. Its been a while since I had veins in my legs tho and I'd like to get those back.

I really need a training partner to push me. I lack accountability.

Like everything: huge peaked biceps, bulging calves or the guy that carries low BF, it's genetics that play into the equation. One guy can be 10% with abs, serratus and obliques showing, another can be 8% and just starting to show due to BF distribution.

Count your blessings ;-)

Not even in the same league as you guys, I'm sure I'm 20% or higher. I was 26% when my waist was 38", now it's 34" but I'm the same weight 225-230lbs. I'm leaning up very gradual, tweaking diet here and there.

All the time when I was a kid. Not since the age of 15 years old. That's when I made the commitment.
