Was wondering how you guys would reconstitute 5mg of bpc and tb500.

Also what dosing protocol you guys would use. I previously had a torn rotator cuff surgery years back and really injured it doing Flys.

Any advice is appreciated

Is it a mix where it's in the same vial? If you injured it I'd recommend getting it checked out because those two peptides my experience cannot heal slap tears, labral tears, rotator cuff tears. What I have found is a greatly enhanced recovery time.
I've never been a fan of these two peptides mixed in the same vial. I'm doing this off the top of my head but if I recall a Bpc starting dode 500 micrograms every day, tb 500 1 to 2 mg every 2 to 3 days. What I've been doing for recovery though is BCP at 1 mg a day and Tb 500 1 mg a day

I'm on day26 (of 120 days) now of 0.25g/day BPC157 + 0.75g/day TB500. I might try double dosage next time, depending on how this works for me, and after same time off. I bought them seperatly and reconstitute for 7-10 days total into 1 combined refridgerated vial to shoot every evening before sleep from that. It's my first time on this stuff, and I'm not on anything else. My goal is to figure out if this stuff works by itself, or not, and hopefully heal my chronic nagging injuries built-up over the years.
I think I do the minimum effective dosage for a male, and that the correct/effective ratio is to do 3x more TB500 than BPC15, but we are all just trying something, there is no exact answer. It is my opinion that most do 1:1 ratio (not 3x) because TB500 is generally more expensive and if you do 3x its even more expensive. It's better marketing if somebody sells a 1:1 product combined, if I had to sell the product, I'd do 1:1 for that reason.

Also some say you should pre-load the TB500 at double dose (so 2x 3x = 6x) in the first week. I haven't done that. About BPC I didnt hear anybody preloading it.

About results, now on day26: I think I have made improvement on my injuries which I haven't had for a while. (bicep-chest tendon in shoulder, hamstring-hipbone tendon, lower back strain when 30+ mins cardio > they are all a bit less). But its hard to say, I might just be in a lucky time for another reason. I have to try this stuff more to know for sure.

So you do 4x more BPC than me, but my TB500 is close to yours.

How can you describe the "greatly enhanced recovery time"? And after how many days of use do you feel significant difference?

I had two labral tear surgeries left hip right hip. First surgery I was not using second surgery I was. My recovery time and progress in physical therapy was cut in half when I was on the peptides. On August 26th I had a pretty major GI surgery, I am on a 10 lb restriction limit for a total of 4 more weeks, I absolutely feel I don't need to be on any restriction but for this one I'm not going to be arrogant and do what I feel.

As far as time before I felt something. Unless it's a hard drug I never feel anything it's just a gradual change over time that if I'm not paying attention it can easily be overlooked. Off topic but That's one thing I also hate about nootropics.

Oh man major GI surgery? That sounds like they had to remove something. Hope you're fine. Pretty cool that you run these things while you had such a serious surgery. It means you really believe in it.

I had some improvement on my tendon issues due to 2 months BPC157&TB500, but hard to say exactly since its all subtle/foggy, and you can always have a bad month or good month on injuries naturally. I also recently doubled the dose of the BPC157 (from 0.25 to 0.5g/day BPC157 now + still 0.75g/day TB500), to see what happens.
