Busted my knuckle but not letting it take me out to much… sorry it’s been so long I’ve been on here.
Should be getting my cast off this Thursday.
It’s been a 5 week recovery

Out of the cast and in a Velcro brace. Finger is stiff as hell but doing the exercises the doctor gave me to help improve the movement I have in it.
Been keeping my food intake consistent so I don’t lose to much mass or strength. Sitting at 227 lbs. will see if I can get that up a little more now I’m in a removable brace.
