Bubbles in my brew

Fellas... this may be a dumb question/topic but I noticed in my brew quite a few vials have these tiny bubbles of air or something? not quite sure but they don't seem to be absorbed into the bigger bubble of air. Probably just little air bubbles? This picture is of Primo E 200mg/ml. I'm wondering if this is normal, I used the syringe filter method into pre-sterilized vials. Recipe was 2% ba, 20%bb, CSO.

I'm wondering if you really were sold Primo and not something else, new as you sound to it.

Being honest with this, Primo gives many people issues, especially at 200mg.

its real and pip should be fine ill be mixing with test in the syringe, basically diluting it.
