As we all know bodybuilding and Power lifting consist of eating alot of food and that cost money, I always catch myself looking a prices when I shop alot and compare. Here is a awesome video on how to shop with limited funds.

My personal thought on the diff between Ammys and Pros is simply scale. Scale of cycles and scale of diet / calories consumed. No magic bullet as per packing on mass even at the pro level: they do what we do but they do more of it (this just in the limited experiences I've had being around and interacting with a few IFBB pros).
