Roughly translated- its a law that was for cattle rustlers back in the frontier days. Its been unchanged yet modified by slick attorneys to fit the needs of their voters when the attorney goes broke and runs for State Senate.

Im all for gun ownership but this law is dangerous with the mindset of some people.
