Just giving another update
Been working with my high heart rate trying to find a fix for that. Was resting at around 105 last week and was close to that the couple weeks before. Not sure if NPP was really affecting my HR much (think it was just lower those days after bc of no caffiene) but still okay with dropping it for the PIP I was getting. Swapped to delt injections for my test because I am still scared shitless of needles and would flinch massively every time I got a shot and that would just fuck me, don’t know why but delts are fine for me, I may just be retarded or some shit idk

Was also super sick this week and was out for 4 days, tried to go back in 2 days early and I fucked up my shoulder on my incline warmup, still bothering me but I’m hoping it heals up

Training:
I’ll just update some of my stuff. Also realized last time I wrote PPL rest, I was actually doing push pull legs arms rest then, and still am.

Incline BB:
225 x 7 to 225 x 9 (second & 3rd set higher now)

Tri ext:
160x15 to 170x16

Lat raises:
40x14 to 40x16

Single arm row:
4.20pps x 8 to 4.25 x 9

Hammer curls:
55x13 to 65x10 - swapped these out temporarily though for reg curls and am doing 50’s for 8-12 on my top set currently

Pendulum squat:
Also swapped this out due to the machine always being taken, am now doing leg press and my current top set was 8pps x 6

Shoulder Press:
2 x 11 to 2.25 x 8
Nutrition:
the 3300 cals has been treating me pretty good, gaining size a little better now. However I did implement 1h of cardio a day instead of 20-40 and now I’m definitely burning more. If I notice I’m not gaining with this addition (was added 3 days ago) I’ll bump it to 3600.

I was on a craze for ground turkey for like 4 weeks and that was great but it started to get really expensive. I had to swap some of those meals for chicken and it’s perfect I took a long enough break it tastes good again.

*Supplements*:
Currently on the start of my ninth week running 500 test e.

Same shit for the rest of my supps, got some new pre today. The new Ryse sour apple. I love that flavor in most things so I’m hyped to try it.

when I first ran into a freaky high heart rate it was from nandrolone too

Hmm that’s interesting, maybe that did actually play a part in it, potentially causing it but taking it away didn’t fully reverse the effects. I still have your comment on that one thread about HR bookmarked and I’ve been waiting to have some good notes to bring back on how I improved mine 😂 still working on the improvement part. Hoping this cardio change and some other small stuff with make a difference in the next 2-3 weeks.

I know you had mentioned yours was high as well, is it still high or have you found a way to fix it?

dropping the gear and hitting cardio brought me down a ton. I've been skipping cardio recently and blasting again so I'll check tonight see if it shot back up
