I use the weight calc over at the legion site its the most accurate ive found so far and then check and readjust once a week


I just punched my data into it, it was off by over 700 Cals, for me.

Personal data beats calculators every single time, the only value calculators have is giving someone a reasonable starting point.

wow thats wild , ive used this for 3 years now , i guess it treats me pretty good , id be a mess if it was off that much for sure.

Rest Day
*I was doing too much, I needed a 2nd rest day during the week. Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday are my hardest days, needed a break in there.



Wednesday, September 4
Leg Day, plus extras

-A1) Seated Leg Curls, 3 sets
A2) Machine Calf Presses, 3 sets

-Leg Extensions, 3 sets

-HS Reverse V-Squats, 3 sets

-HS Incline Press, 3 sets

-Cable Curls, 3 sets

-Lying DB Tricep Extensions, 3 sets

-DB Laterals, 3 sets
