hey everyone. was starting the gym off again and i’ve hit that plateau. I was told
by a friend to try out clen. wanted to see if anyone had used it before and side effects or even if it worked. i also work for fire department and wanted to know if it would make my piss hot on a test.

A plateau in what sense?

Weight loss? Strength gain? Muscle gain?

How long since you started back at the gym? What is your height and weight?

i’ve been back for 4 months about to hit month 5.

i hit the weight loss plateau. i’ve tried changes in diet but nothing has worked unless i almost starve myself.

i’m 6”4 currently 250 started out at 275

That's normal, it's called diet fatigue.

Eat at around maintenance for a month or so, even a slight surplus, then diet again.

Clen is trash, unless you're a physique competitor in need of losing that last 1-2 lbs right before a show. It's not even remotely appropriate for your situation.

I love Clen, but as @CJ said, it's for the anal loss when you're really pushing it. Easier ways. I'd agree on a reset to maintenance, the calorie trap is real and if you've been running a deficit too long you'll just slow your metabolic rate and be fucked. How many cals are you averaging when you're starving? What do your average daily macros look like?

I would run some Ephedrine/caffeine/Asprin before jumping to clen. To each their own really, but I feel like dog shit when on Clen.

Another thing you could try it cycling your carbs with high days and low days.
