Sup guys,

I have a bag of clen, 40mcg x 50 tabs. Wanted to be a shredded kunt, but did my research before being stupid. Potential heart ventricle and cell enlargement... Not something I like to hear. All the hype that I researched was in regards to its mild anabolic effects in conjunction with a workout regiment. Whats your guys opinion? I still haven't threw it out of the window.

Reserve for pre contest diet, never use just to get shredded. I used it once and never will again.

Too many unwanted sides... and youre talking to the guy that loves dnp! I was extremely jittery and literally just paced back and forth for about 2 hours before i sort of normalized. That being said ive had many many many clients use it very successfully in contest prep. Its just not worth it to me for only a 10% boost in metabolism...

Got jittery and got good results.
Although. I got some underground Clen
Last time and I could have swore I took
A hit of crack. I was shaking and could
Barley speak straight to people.
I'm wondering if what's going around as Clen is
Something else???
Took it for 2 days and quit it.

^^^^^ THIS - Unless you are getting on stage you don't need Clen to get shredded.

I'm doing great just running 10mcg a day, hot and sweaty

60mcg was gonna make me go to the ER, thank god for alcohol and cyclobenzaprine (which I don't recommend u do, but was the only depressants we had to stop the clen overdose)

So if it takes 40mcg to get heat and a little hand shake, try running 20mcg daily

I think people just take too much clen

Got some clen, not done it yet but using the stacks for pre w/o for a while, good energy. Have to eat a chicken at about 1 and a half hour later or crash.

So, somebody like Clen, somebody not. My Clenbuterol 0,02 mg arrives in Friday. Not try yet, because in description wrote: "Use 45 min before training...". Bad side is I can only train on evening (19 p.m - 21.30 p.m.) If I use Clen on evening, scared to get insomnia all night... any suggest when I can take Clen? Immediatelly early in the morning?

I personally like Clen. You cant take a bunch right away. Take only what you need, start with a small dose. Your body will build up a tolerance over time. I only run it about 5 weeks max at a time.

Jay, I wouldn't use it as a pre-workout. It will keep you up so take in the morning.

Clen is fkn stupid. Unless you're competing at a high level where literal ounces of body fat make a difference there's no point. The bad outweighs the good.

Hello again, Guys, I don't understand dosage of Clenbuterol. Here is example:

Clenbuterol, as a performance enhancer, is used by bodybuilders in a 2-day on, 2-day off cycle or a 3-week on, 3-week off cycle. The clenbuterol dosage must be increased and afterwards decreased by amounts equaling 20 mcg every week. For instance, the cycle should start with a daily dose of 60 mcg for men and 40 mcg for women, increase by 20 mcg weekly, and then decrease the same way, in order to reach the initial 60/40 mcg amount.
The complete cycles of an ideal clenbuterol dosage should look as follows:


  • for men:
Day 1 – 60 mcg (0.06mg = 3 tabs)
Day 2 – 80 mcg (0.08mg = 4 tabs)
Day 3 – 100 mcg (0.10mg = 5 tabs)
Day 4 – 120 mcg (0.12mg = 6 tabs)
Day 5 – 140 mcg (0.14mg = 7 tabs)
Day 6 – 120 mcg (0.12mg = 6 tabs)
Day 7 – 100 mcg (0.10mg = 5 tabs)
Day 8 – 80 mcg (0.08mg = 4 tabs)
Day 9 – 60 mcg (0.06mg = 3 tabs)
Day 10 – 60 mcg (0.04mg = 2 tabs);

How do they mean 2-day on, 2-day off cycle, or 3-week on, 3-week off cycle?

It's a little confusing for me ...

Just what it says:

take clen for 3 weeks. Then don't take it for 3 weeks. Repeat.

If you have been off for three weeks, you may not be able to take the same amount. I wouldn't. I would try exactly how you started. If you can handle more, then up the does. The last thing you need or want to feel like your heart is going to beat out of your chest because you weren't safe.
