I'm a 44 Disabled AF Veteran that is hyped up to learn more about Body Building and improving my Health.

My current Situation: I'm 5' 11" and weigh 263lbs. I''ve been exercising for 15 years, although over the last 4 years I've gained 60lbs of weight eating horribly. I exercise 1 hr daily 5 days a week. Light weights and High Repetitions.

My Future Goals: I would like to get to 200lbs with an Athletic Physique. (I tested my Testosterone Levels and I'm at 294, which I think is low Testosterone for a 44year old.

Any Guidance and suggestions is greatly appreciated

First off, from a fellow veteran, thanks for your service brother.
If ur working out 5 days/week and not making progress, it's ur diet.
Ever heard the phrase; can't outwork a shitty diet?
I would advise you to look at ur nutrition, add in some morning cardio, track that and adjust.
At 5'11, 200lbs is a solid good looking weight If done properly.
Best of luck!

Welcome to the UG, and thank you for your service.

First thing to fix is that diet, you said it yourself that that's what sent you off in a bad direction.

294 is actually average. V.A. won't put you on TRT until you reach below 150 or at least my doctor wouldn't.

Should I give up lifting weights and focus on Cardio, Core exercises, Leg exercises and Nutrition?
