Liv 52 a joke? Please explain Cobra. Crazy Mike has had great results takin Liv 52 twice a day. Brought his elevated liver enzymes way down within 6 months with blood work for proof. Seems very impressive goin from enzymes in the 120s to back within noraml range. I have heard some good things about synthergine also

More on this, please. I too had heard that Liv52 was tha' bee's knees for liver protect & even used 3-4 bottles a while back (they were shipped from Tibet or someplace populated largely by llamas I believe )

Ok thanks ill look into NAC but how long should i take the liver sup after the cycle of dbol.... but ill still be on test and deca

I dont know about NAC but Liv 52 should be takin through whole cycle & pct & continued for as long as you can afford it. I started Liv 52 over a month ago because of liver enzymes slightly elevated in the 60s and 70s for ALT & ASt and am planning on being on them taking twice a day for the next 12 months

Curious - you taking 1 Liv52 tablet 2x daily? What's your dose?

Cheers, Shrugs. My latest blood work showed my liver numbers (AST, ALT) to be running high & as such I'm going to double-up on Liv52. My bottle says an adult can take up to 6 pills daily. I may shoot for 2 pills x 3 also with meals.

From what I have learned Liv 52 is best taken on empty stomach. Try and take one right when you wake up and wait 45min before food. Take more later in day 1 hour before food or 2hrs after eating.
