She should of said "I'm sorry sir" and let him have his fit. Now all thats happened is hes riled up and ready to have the cops called on. I can see why he doesn't want to stop now. Service at the post offices in my area are awesome. Almost never a line, the people are friendly and they hook me up with free packing tape
