I get that this might be a stupid question... I've read most of the stuff online about it. Most of the info online is inconclusive but it seems like a good amount of people here smoke.
I rarely smoke, occasionally, and I don't drink at all. But a lot of times when I do smoke, the next day I feel sluggish and possibly a little weaker. I definitely feel weaker right after smoking too. So I just wanted to see from your guys personal experience, does THC/weed mess with muscle protein synthesis, hormones, or cause muscle breakdown or anything, all other things constant?
