Doing security work I can eat anytime I want and as much . I usually eat every 2 3 hours

In my experience every study is funded by the ones who financially gain from the findings. I do this as a hobby so tiny advantages make no difference to me. I’ve tried protein intake from 1gram per lb all the way to 3 gram per lb. I notice zero difference other than the hit to the wallet. Carbs u can get for pennies, lean protein is gonna put a hurt on the wallet.

Watched a documentary on Kai Greene where he built a hell of a body on straight bread and water. I’m not proclaiming that’s the way to go. Just saying work ethic and genetics are my preference.

In all seriousness, if he claimed that, he's 100% fucking lying. It's impossible, lacking essential aminos and fatty acids. Maybe for a single day, but he didn't eat that, not even for a week.

True but look how many others take the same stuff. In this case then why can’t we say it’s drugs and protein don’t matter then?

I can’t handle 50mg of deca a week. That stuff screws up my sleep like something fierce. But lord it makes my knees feel so good. I have a love/hate relationships with low dose deca.

Protein is quite necessary for our Body and I have lots of sources to gain the same. But again I would like to know about other people that what are the other and their favourite source of Protein.
