I was wondering if and what was the thing that your found out that really helped you start seeing muscle growth?
For example:
Protein
Calorie intake
Rep range
Mind muscle connection
Number of sets per week
Program/split
Hormone
Sleep
Still looking for it

I had studies what/how to train before stepping into my first commercial gym . I had my split/program planned and my work food all in their containers for the week. Progress went uphill from there. As time, experience, strength changes happened i modified what i did. I had no great epiphany. People can think they are training intensely till they hit the next level of the one after that . Same with diet and other things. I grew on 1 gram/pound of protein. But grew better on 1.25, and even better on 1.5.

Alternating training, and a BB trainer to push you past your perceived max's... sometimes we think we are pushing the hardest when we really aren't.

I have found that doing what one doesn't want to do can often be productive.
Absolutely. A lot of times, exercises that people hate are also the most effective.

For example, fuck Bulgarian Split Squats in their dirty whore butthole, but they’re one of the most effective things you can do to build huge wheels.

Lunges with a twist using SSB ,,, hate the fucking things but holy shit they work.

POB Enlightened me on the “ stretch reflex” from there my squats took off it was total shit before that…

Everybody is different at different positions or point in movement.
I’m strongest coming out of the hole.( bottom of the squat) if I stopped at parrelle the weight would bury me.
So my squat was shit….

I also realized I like box squats
