I need to get more fiber in my diet while bulking, as I'm currently eating mostly white rice and meat, and not a whole lot of vegetables. I realize I need to add more fiber in my diet for multiple reasons but I dont want to get too full as I'm already really pushing myself to eat what I'm eating. Does anyone have any tricks for this... any favorites for solving this issue?

Are you able to handle the taste of spinach?

^This

Add a big bag of frozen spinach to your pot of rice at the end of cooking. You won't even realize that you're eating it.

This also will give you lots of nutrients.

Sweet potatoes and oats are high in fiber, could replace a little rice with them to add in the fiber while still getting your carbs.

These are more filling, though, so if staying hungry is an issue, save them for later on in the day.

And don't avoid veggies entirely. They have lots of nutrients that your body needs, which will help you grow.

I'll put this to bed right now. Quest protein bar. They make a couple different ones but the cookies and cream I get has about 13 g of fiber, 20 g of protein and about 200 calories. You can't beat that with a stick. Plenty of fiber, a good amount of protein and low cals.

I have one of these bars for a midday snack with a cup of coffee. I'm not a big vegetable eater and by the time you get enough fiber from fruit you've pushed your Total daily caloric intake way too high.

I always ate veggies when bulking as well as cutting. The nutrition from them was in my best interest. and the fiber can help things move along. I never needed any fiber supplements as i got that in my diet. even when i was downing 7000+ calories a day.

1. Inulin or psyllium husk (mixed into protein shakes)
2. Fiber tortillas (often marketed as low carb or keto tortillas)
3. Legumes (I'm partial to lentils or black beans)
4. Fruit
5. Vegetables - I find the following vegetables to be pretty versatile

Onions
Mushrooms
Asparagus
Cabbage
Bell peppers
Spinach
Broccoli

Thanks guys. I know its a ridiculous question, I grew up eating alot of vegetables and a "balanced" diet but as I started focusing more on bulking I slowly started to eat less vegetables to be able to eat more, now I realize I gotta be a little more conscious, so I just wanted to get an idea of your favorites.

This is a fairly comprehensive list. I use a lot of green beans (canned) for volumizing meals for relatively low calories but a can gets me 4g of fiber. I've also used soluble corn fiber in a pinch, can pretty much put it into anything https://www.walmart.com/ip/Equate-Clear-Soluble-Fiber-Powder-12-3-oz/38345537
