I'll put this to bed right now. Quest protein bar. They make a couple different ones but the cookies and cream I get has about 13 g of fiber, 20 g of protein and about 200 calories. You can't beat that with a stick. Plenty of fiber, a good amount of protein and low cals.

I have one of these bars for a midday snack with a cup of coffee. I'm not a big vegetable eater and by the time you get enough fiber from fruit you've pushed your Total daily caloric intake way too high.
I don't know how you can eat those things man. 🤢

I mix in a few teaspoons of Metamucil with some orange humapro.

How does humapro work? I have the powder and the tabs, the tabs smell like an old 90’s supplement ud take to just take and hope u dont gag and puke…

I bought both… havent tried them yet due to the warning of hypoglycemia on the label

Quest bars bloat the shit outta me, the sugar alcohols or whatever that's in them.

The powder is the best. I like how well it mixes with other stuff too. I frequently mix in taurine, creatine, hmb, Metamucil, celsius powders, gatorade powder. Mix with ice water in a shaker bottle. You can't mess it up.

It's good anytime just keep in mind it's amino acids that will get absorbed quickly and excess peed out. Not like longer lasting protein types.

The Quest cookies and cream Is one of the few things I have to eat that I enjoy to eat when on a diet.

There's nothing wrong with the metamucil. I just like the full feeling when I have a protein bar. That goes a long way when you're in a cut.

I have prime so Amazon. Free delivery. I would recommend just going to the store and finding them to find the one that you like best.
I looked and only say the low carb ones and they were no where near the protein or fiber amounts

Metamucil didn't agree with me but a teaspoon of Benefiber a day does.

Meramucil makes many people gassy/bloated. Those people usually do fine with Citrucel.

Benefiber helps fix the gut, not sure if Citrucel does, never heard of it lol.

Pineapple is a good food, but it's not really that great for fiber. It has about 2.5g of fiber for every 200 grams.

Also, the acid in your stomach is far stronger than the enzyme in pineapple. That enzyme won't do jack compared to what your body is already doing on its own.

Eat pineapple if you enjoy it, but don't eat it because you think you'll get a lot of fiber or because you think it's going to magically make protein more bioavailable... because it actually isn't good at either of those things.

I need to get more fiber in my diet while bulking, as I'm currently eating mostly white rice and meat, and not a whole lot of vegetables. I realize I need to add more fiber in my diet for multiple reasons but I dont want to get too full as I'm already really pushing myself to eat what I'm eating. Does anyone have any tricks for this... any favorites for solving this issue?
Pretty easy switch to brown rice.
